The food was excellent and the service was very good. I know it was tricky that you had to fit in and extra person (we were as shocked as you when we realised they had come!) but you managed with no disruption to the day.
The advice you gave us beforehand was invaluable and we both felt you really cared about the food and service you delivered. It was very refreshing to see people with such passion for their work. And importantly, it was all very reasonably priced.
We are both very grateful for all your hard work. I appreciate that our name won't carry as much weight as some of your other regular clients but if you ever need a letter of recommendation as a wedding caterer you need only ask.

Many thanks for all the catering. I didn't see you leave so didn't have the chance to thank the 2 girls and your chef. Sorry about that. I think I was marking the photo quiz with one of the grandchildren when you all went.
Our guests were really impressed at the food, especially the puddings. The only glitch was the sausages. They were absolutely delicious but your chef said they may contain rusk so my 3 gluten-free's couldn't eat them. If I had known I would have been able to provide an alternative.

I wanted to write in order to record out sincere appreciation for the excellent services provided by Amuse Bouche with regard the above wedding.
We were hugely impressed by the overall management you assumed, not only in the relation to the provision of our requirements for an extensive menu but also for the arrangements concerning the supply of ancillary equipment, tables, chairs and other requirements. We were reassured that once we have subscribed the broad needs of the day, you assumed the leadership and took much pressure from Maggi and I. The results were really amazing, the Exbury Club was transformed into a first class dining facility and the food that you prepared on the day was fresh and of excellent quality. Your contribution greatly assisted in making the whole affair a success and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any other customer. According to the steward at Exbury, the club had never looked finer.
I do hope that we have the opportunity of using your company again at some stage in the future.

From the detailed planning meeting to discuss what we wanted, through to the timely delivery we could not fault their attention to detail. I have to say they were simply superb. They could not have done anything better. They worked hard to ensure the guests were all well looked after, remained totally calm when I had to rush off shortly before the event and the power all went out! Not an eye lid batted and just a case of don't worry, we'll sort everything. They were perfectly turned out, looking smart and respectable, and they happily stayed on for a couple of extra hours serving drinks beyond the original booking times. The food was all excellent and beautifully served. As I say, I cannot think of anything I could ask them to do better and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
